Web-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I would like a homepage mockup of theonlinejudge.com.

Basically what the site does, is it allows a person to upload a video of a gymnastics routine and our certified judges will judge the routine providing a score, as well as provide a critique and feedback as to why they gave you that score. Many times people don't know why they got the score they did at a gymnastics competition, so this site aims to provide reasoning behind it.

I have started to design the homepage myself (see attached), and like it, but I'd like a professional to finish the layout, or even come up with something really wow and original. I like clean, typically simple design.

THIS IS AN OLD VERSION OF THE SITE (http://esite.votumba.com/) This should only be used so you can get an idea of what the site is about. I DO NOT want the new site to look like this, but the basic concept and content remains the same.

  *A step by step graphic(s) depicting the process for a user. A How it works sort of explanation. Should be eye catching, not just text.

  -Step 2: Create an account and share us your video.
  -Step 3: Our certified judges will score and critique your routine, fully explaining the reasons behind their score.
