I need a blog design for a new page that will showcase the best offers available in grocery retail and restaurants.

Key features I am looking for in design:
I need to post a video at top of page
I want separate button features so viewer can go straight to retail, grocery or restaurant. Meaning I would like 3 buttons below video that when clicked can redirect viewer to that area. (See file)
In the example I provided I am not set on shapes or colors, I want you to be creative.

See Brads Deals (the tabs at top are deals, coupons, stores)
See Pinterest told me to for aesthetics

I do not want bland or white background.

This site is all about consolidating the best offers for these 3 categories from across the internet. It is very connected to mobile functionality and making your smart phone work smartly for you to save money.
