Hey, sorry I was simply unable to find the way to answer your question on the design crowd page.

So I have no idea what programs you guys uses but some designers said they would send the files from illustrator.

I'm in Thailand and we cannot always the products here so every 6 months or so I need to make changes on my menu items and prices. Would not not to have to contact designer every time I need to make a quick change.
