I am looking for a design for a double sided flyer. Details of each side as follows.
SIDE 1
Using the 'Fit Mortgages' logo, also insert 'is your mortgage in good shape?' directly under the logo, (see business cards)
The flyer is to have the following also included:

Thanks for your designs so far, I am looking to emphasis the logo's please use them as the main feature, keep it simple, I may need to cut out some of the information so its not too crowded. As well as the logo the other things that need to stand out is the $1,500 rebate and the 'What are you doing with your equity?'. Both these statements and the logo should stand out as soon as someone see the flyer. Feel free to leave out some of the other info if you feel the flyer will look better, I can add to it if need be, but the presentation is vital. Simple is the key.
