Flyer-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a flyer design for a financial risk advisory business. I like the layout of the example on your site, for Wyatt Matas (attached). Our business needs to show strength, safety, knowledge and security. We provide financial advice.

I have uploaded the front page of our larger brochure. I would like the man with the umbrella with the caption and the logo / brand on the front page, but with portrait orientation, instead of landscape.

For the second page (the back), I have got some ideas of the kinds of things I would want written on the attached Power Point. But it needs to be arranged better, with perhaps the Noah's Rule Logo on there as well, to break up all the writing. Attached is an example of how it might look, but I want different formatting and layout ideas, that look better, more professional etc.

The page 1 comment what is noahs rule? predicting ......... would look better all the way along the bottom of the page, but i couldn't get the formatting right.
