Hey everyone. it has been less than 23 hours and my friends have convinced me to slightly change my approach. Hope this gives folks more direction. I am going to Brand myself for these leather products. My name is Curtis Matsko (own that domain) and also I own Matsko Leather I am going to stick with one of these names and let you amazing folks do what you do best and create the Logo + Image that will be used as the Brand and Leather Stamp for my company. Top three runner up will also get custom Journals made by me. Sorry to seemingly change mid-stream but it is a process. Good Luck.

Heu Kddo... Masculine... Though my sales are 50/50. I use really thick leather, roughly cut, letting the quality of the leather be a part of the character rather than the subtle sewing and fluffy crap added be the selling point. Can I have some more info about you? If your name is your brand, then the icon/stamp should reflect something of you. What are you into, what sums you up? Is there a certain breed you use for the leather? Is there something iconic and local you feel strongly about? Is there a tool you use and love.

I need a Vintage Style logo. I was recently in Hood River, Oregon and this small tourist town on the river was full of logos like the one i need. Type in Vintage Logo or look at the Hipster logo poster (which is to make fun of these old style logos but is exactly what I need). Can say EST 1965 - which is a take on when I was born. Mountains, rivers, trees, and books. Simple and powerful.

No tool I love, though I love great tools. Just go with the gut on simple iconic tools. We are in the great NorthWest so an old vintage. No specific breed though it is call cowhide. The mountains and forrests are what we are known for and what draws me. Sorry if my answers are cluttered. I have spent a year trying to figure this out which has only cluttered my mind further..
