Web-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a graphical design for a single page that is used for an automotive event ticket registration. It's for a car show event and needs a simple header and background design. We use Ticketspice.com for ticket booking service, and within this service we are able to upload a custom header, background, and manipulate CSS and other SIMPLE variables. Specific variables listed below in the "Must Have" field.
