Flyer-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Hi, I'm looking for a classy custom flyer to market residential homes listed for sale in Southern California. I've uploaded my logo's and I'd like to incorporate the logo's into my flyer for branding. I"d like something classy that really showcases pictures of the home for sale. Thank you so much!

8 1/2 x 11 sized page, either one or two sided with maybe logo on back like business card :)

Anforderungen

Muss haben

• **ALL INFO AND LOGO'S ON MY BUSINESS CARD MUST BE ON THE FLYER** (legal requirements), also I want to be able to edit the text and change the pictures on the flyer for all of my listings :)
  
  The word REALTOR must be in all caps and have the "R" in the circle (please refer to business card)
  
  Must have my license number: CalBRE #01100632 (no changes, please refer to business card)
  
  My logo should remain the same.
  
  Please use the Realty Executives logo submitted.
  
  
  

Schön zu haben

• I like a fade in the background, and borders around the house pictures.
  
  I'd like a bullet point section and a paragraph section if possible :)
  
  

Sollte nicht haben

• Flyer does not need a mobile scan code.
  
  I don't care for slanted or cut off photo's of the home.
