is "Books On Time and Office Solutions" to be written as one sentence together in the logo?

Also, can the "and" be an "&"?

I am curious if you would like any certain symbols in your logo, something abstract, or anything like that. I can try to come up with something that I think looks nice, but in addition, if there is any way to narrow down your idea, I can be more confident I will be designing something you will like as well. What would you like to know? I am an happy and friendly bookkeeper who is a qualified BAS agent. Bookkeeping in itself is quite boring so I want to portray something bright, happy and confident.
