Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I want to establish a continuing relationship with a graphic artist who can execute a series of projects beginning with the design of our DYNAMIC COMPANY LOGO. We will also be producing together a series of promotional pieces and corporate identification items.

We need a simple but dynamic logo suitable for multi-purpose use in color or monochrome for a new retail electric energy provider operating principally in the State of Texas.

The name of our company is PappasEnergy. It combines the name of our founder Chris C. Pappas with the straightforward description of the business that we are in. We sell electricity to households and businesses. We are affiliated with and a sub-distributor for the Ambit Energy organization. In addition to contracting with clients for electric service we will also operate a retail outlet/website which provides for the sale and installation temporary generators, back-up power supply units, emergency re-charging equipment, solar panels, etc. PappasEnergy seeks a place in the marketplace confronted with a failing national electrical grid. In the event of storms and other disasters our customers will be secure with their own private, but often limited, electrical supply. Enough to get through an emergency.

It all begins with a dynamic logo which includes the corporate name and a representation of electricity, juxtaposed with the corporate name. In our initial discussions of the logo it was proposed that it consist of the name of the company with a representation of electricity (lightening, etc.) juxtaposed over or about with the name of the company.

The initial uses of the logo will be on business cards and promotional materials describing the services provided by the company, a show booth that will attract trade show attendees. The short-term deadline is to accommodate the production of the logo for approval by our management. We then hope to use the same artist to execute additional projects.
