Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need to create a logo. We have the graphic "building blocks" of what we want, and we have a firm idea of how they should fit together. We need a designer to integrate these into a finished design.

Background:
The company is named Top Dance Ballroom. It is a large ballroom dance studio that teaches ballroom, latin, hip hop and other forms of dance. It is a high-end provider of these services. The logo needs to communicate high-quality, grace, and tradition with an edge to it.

I am attaching a file showing a the mock-up of the logo we would like. In addition, I am attaching three more files which contain the components of the logo: the couple dancing (one JPEG file) and the heraldic shield/ribbon/floral (JPEG and EPS versions - both fully licensed for our use; please note that the shield at the TOP of the picture is the one to use). We want this exact design. We just need to "marry" the two images and add the text

The image of the couple dancing should be depicted on the black "shield" in a gold which matches the rest of border of the shield. The word "Top" should be in black on the gold ribbon to the left of the shield, and "Dance" should be in black on the gold ribbon to the right. They should be in some form of typeface that evokes a swanky stylishness - but is still easily recognizable. "Ballroom" should appear in gold underneath the shield in a different typeface (likely bolder and in a simpler typeface than the previous). Give us a few different samples of font types.

We need four versions of the logo: (1) Full color on a black rectangular background, (2) full color on no background,(3) 2 color, and (4) Black and White.
