Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Hi, We are about to change our name from En Guete-Swiss food to 'Wright's Continental'.
However, we need a logo that that draws attention more to the word 'Wright's' and very minimal attention to the word 'Continental'. If possible

We are a company selling a range of hand cured and hand smoked products...i.e Salami/ Gravadlax/ Smoked Salmon to name a few.
We sell 'High End' foods and we'd like to portray that in our logo.

All of our food is hand made and hand cured/smoked by us.
We try to use responsibly sourced, fair trade foods with out nasty additives etc...At some stage we also want to have our own farm etc so not sure if colours should reflect all of this?

So, high end, smoked and cured hand made foods...totally natural & sustainably sourced etc with an huge emphasis on the word 'Wright's' ......and less so on the 'Continental'..

Could we also have a look at some logo's with just 'Wright's as well please (omitting the 'continental' altogether)

I have already added a brief previously but can't find it listed anywhere on vistaprint? Please use THIS brief...

Update 1: We need a more elegant design which can be used both for High End catering (and also for farm use later on)
We need to be able to use the logo for all types of things (vehicle livery, labelling, banner artwork so needs to be easily transferable by other companies?. Would a neutral back ground be better??..am asking as I have no experience with design. (obviously!) Thanks very much...sorry to be difficult..
Update 2 :We definitely now like the combination of Khaki and deep red...
