WordPress-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a website for New Luxury Condo project in Ibiza Spain.
The target audience will be investors from China, Russia, South America, and other countries where people are interested in obtaining visas to reside or travel freely in EU countries.

Global Estates is offering a limited number of luxury condominium residences “La Mirada” in Ibiza, Spain which qualifies buyers to immediate residency visas for Spain

The GOLDEN VISA is available to La Mirada purchasers who invest a minimum of 500,000€. The visa can be renewed and full citizenship can become available after five years.

The website will be English first, but later translated to Chinese, Spanish, and possibly Russian.

A PDF Summary of the Global Estates offering is attached (look and feel is NOT consistent with what we want in the website.

Also attached is a brochure from another company talking about the Golden Visa Opportunity. We will use some of the same messaging in our copy.

We are looking for someone who will help us with the copywriting as well as the web design.

The website must be fully optimized for key word/google search etc.

We will consider other than wordpress if we can be assured that optimization is effective.

We will need to have a number of PDF Downloads available for the users of the site also.

We need to edit the copy from time - to - time, this will be an important consideration also.
