Web-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Looking to create a skin (just need PSD files) for our very simple publishing retail website (it only comprises of 2-3 pages but it has to be beautiful).

Also looking to create a logo in the style of the Flooved.com logo but slightly differant (ie has to be clear that they are related but not the same) The basic website has been built : http://bestwebsoft.com/inprogress/mm/WebDev/

The general look and feel which we are after is: the new linkedin, the new myspace page, bloom.fm (basically very web 2.0)

The basic point of it is that as a student you can tell us which university you are at and then which course/degree you are studying and then up pops a list of all of the recommended text books which you can buy from amazon.

A very similar site is but we are much simpler than them: www.studentreadinglists.com We want it to be very minimalist and clean, like bloom.fm

The colour scheme (though not the design) should also match the following website www.flooved.com You can ignore the input boxes on the bottom right and top right of the web page as they are not meant to be there.

The entire website only has three pages,: 1. Home Page, 2. Results page with Modules.3. Results Page with Books (when clicked on it should take you to Amazon).

Anforderungen

Muss haben

• Specific Requirements:
  
  1. Top of the page should be the new logo (similar to Flooved but differant, also needs a new name: e.g. Flooved Books or Flooved Reading, Flooved Physical, Flooved Old School, Flooved Books
  
  2. Top of the page should be a paragraph of text and an image telling them what the website is.
  
  3. Below that there should be two search boxes in a row, which list: University and Course. These should be auto fill (we have all the data, as per the attached spread sheet so they should only be able to select from these). When they select from these then they should be taken to another page listing all of the books, which pertain to this course & university (as per the website)
  
  4. There should also be a general search bar in the top right hand corner this where they can just search normally for any book in our database. This will then produce a list of books wich you can then buy on amazon
  
  5. There should also be another area of text which relates to how we get the data and saying that we will give students free books if they email us their reading lists (if we don’t have them) and then they can email us to get a free book once we have checked that the data is correct. This should be an autofill box. Which they put their email into.
  
  6. There should also be a box saying that students should sign up to Flooved.com (this should be on every page)
