Flyer-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a flyer design for a new product launch for our company. Our company, Wyatt Matas, is an investment Bank form that deals predominately in the Healthcare Industry. The product we need a flyer designed for is called "AccessPoint, Relationships that Create Wealth". This program offers information/advice about the current industry, trends, strategy, etc... We would like this to be a one pager with the text formatted so we can go back and easily make edits and customize if need be.

Attached is the content for the flyer(AccessPoint final-1). Also attached are versions of two previous flyer we have had made for two different product offerings (FocalPoint and Vantage Point). While we want a design that is different from the other two, they should act as a reference as to what we have chosen and liked in the past. This link to a dropbox (online data cloud) with pictures that we have used on our website and other publications is included for your use.
