Flyer-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I am looking for a template that can be edited in Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader. I am attaching an example. I would like a few different variations. I need a 6.5 x 9 size flyer with the USPS EDDM Logos on it. Can you please build me a template that is 6.5 X 9 with an editable front and back side of the flyer?

The EDDM logos on the top right of the back of the flyer. (They are attached).
The Realtor, MLS, & Equal Housing Opportunity logos just next to the EDDM logos. (Just to the left of EDDM)

My headshot on the top left of each side with my contact info to look like my business card.

The colors to be the same color scheme as my brand: Sky blue, white, and a gradient silver. (Not the red & gold in my example. Those are old colors).

An editable header & footer on both sides in a silver gradient color.

My company logo on the bottom left of each side.

I can email you the flyer I have now to give you an idea of what I’m trying to create.

My company is United Realty Group. The logo is attached, but it is low res. It's probably best if you just type the logo, please. It's as simple as "United" in dark blue and "Realty Group" in silver with 70% of an oval around it in sky blue/teel.
