This looks interesting but there are a few concerns. One, the document provided is in German. Two, this design is labeled as a newsletter but it is not specified whether this is an email or a web page. Three, is this an email design and a web page? Four, is this a request for an HTML document that is meant to fit within an existing web site? If so, where specifically?
