Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

The logo is for a new Agency I have founded in Madrid (Spain).
The business is Digital & Inbound Marketing.
I would like to use the Google colors (because I work with Google Adwords Analytics) and the color orange (it is the color for Inbound Marketing. Perhaps the design could include a hastag or any symbol of Social Media Marketing...
The customers would be industrial companies, so they are serious and not very young, so the logo has to convey confidence, professionalism and knowledge.

Ah, I'm a woman trying to sale innovation ideas to men...

The name of the agency is Creando Ideas ( in english...creating ideas???)
