Hello designers:

Thank you for your interest in this project, I look forward to working with you.

This is a presentation about a real estate project to US based investors.
We would like the design to look polished, professional and sophisticated.
Work on this presentation will not be so much focused on creating a template but rather coming up with creative ideas on a few custom slides to communicate the key points in a way that is clear and compelling to the audience.
We expect to go somewhat beyond the typical powerpoint tools creating a few custom icons to use in diagrams, bullets and charts to give this a more unique designer look, so other software platforms will be used as well.

The color pallette includes grey, blue, black and white.

The design should communicate trust, solid track record and professionalism.

They focus on numbers, but they will also want to get a feel for qualitative aspects such as the project environment, the target market and risk factors. Adding creativity to the design on some of the custom slides communicating the key ideas will help balance all the data/numbers for a more dynamic presentation.
