T-Shirt-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I'm in need of a designer who has experience with Teespring (including the best file formats to use for their tshirt designer as I'll be uploaded the design).

This will be for a NFL team and since their logo is protected by trademark we will not accept designs with it included (even logos that are to similar to the original). The slogan variations are attached in the text file.

Design colors will need to look good against a black background (shirt) and incorporate the team colors.
