Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Hi,

We are developing a property website where people and lettings agencies can advertise their properties to let/rent. The website will be Lets.co.uk

I want the logo to just say "Lets.co.uk" with the emphasis on the Lets word.

I am open to colour suggestions, but would like a strong bold colour scheme, maybe just one or two colours, i.e. a shade of Blue, purple, Green etc..

I want the logo to be either just a unique text logo, maybe with a modified version of a font which is unique, or a text logo with simple pictorial related to property. I want the logo text to be just one or 2 colours so it can be easily used on different backgrounds.

I want the logo to be professional looking and the text easy too read. I like very simple but unique logos.

Regarding font, I prefer simple, clear fonts Similar too helvetica, or a rounded font maybe, rather than script type fonts.
