actually ur brief kind'a ambigous

do u need a label? like what u have on ur portabello product, if it is a label - - - is it front layout only.

as u have mention on ur briefing, i qoute "u can choose" to any of ur listed product, does it mean that u only need one label

If we like the designs, we will pick you for more products and possible logo work.

For clarification: images of each type of mushroom needs
to be 3" wide x 4" high (portrait not landscape)
It very important to be accurate to save time and efforts here, okay?

Oh yes, clarification again: the $130 fee is for each type of mushroom individually
or the fee for all of them together, which is a whole lot of work for little money.
Please let us know which way the fee falls. Thanks.
