Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo design for a hummus bar (and mediterranean salads) that can be used on website, all stationery, flyers etc. The name we have registered is DANNOOSH and should convey the following qualities: fresh, quality, healthy, simple, tasty, authentic, home made in the traditional way, casual, cool.
I quite like the idea of the chickpeas substituting the “Os” and perhaps also using the colour brownish/yellowish of chickpeas (hummus…earthy colours) with the colour green of the chickpeas leaves. I don’t like the colours yellow, red or any other bright colours which are associated with fast food. I think the logo should be clean.
