And you would like to include every team that played in the world cup, correct? I think i understand what you are saying about the design being dynamic, but for the moment I would like to focus on the initial design for 2014.

I understand that having a fix design for the 2014 FIFA World Cup is easier, but i really wand the design to be dynamic so it can be applied for 2010, 2006, 2002, and so on.

in order to do that I would have to make the text and images for teams editable for you, unless you have something else in mind. are you equipped to edit text and images in photoshop or illustrator?

It seems that the project is a bit difficult, should I change to an app or site that can automatically design the shirt with minimal input from the user?

To continue from previous:: for instance, if the year is entered all the relevant information is generated automatically to design the shirt.

Yes, that's right, a designer himself cannot make that work, I can't for sure. So you need some kind of app doing that. By that way, you will surely loose some creativity you can get if we make the designs one by one
