Let me be honest, your project is seriously underbudget. That is, if i understood the scope correctly.

Within the current budget you would like to receive:
- Custom Design
- Custom Developmen that includes:
-- Responsive Framework
-- eCommerce
-- Live Chat
-- Content Management System to handle the content like Blog, News, and probably courses as well.
-- Several Forms

The list above is only an overview of your requirements, not the complete list.

If i am correct, then it is just not feasible.
Its not possible to design and develop your projected website in 5 days and most certainly not within this budget.

That said, DesignCrowd is focused on design, that is why the lowest possible budget is about 300$. I understand that sometimes it leads people to the wrong conclusion (as in, expecting to have a website custom designed and developed within that budget). So my question is, are you willing to Redefine your project scope and/or your budget?

Dont get me wrong, at Modulus Web Design we are able to, and happy to be part of every stage of your project, including development, launch and post production support, when granted the budget.

Thank you for your reply and question. You are absolutely correct in your assessment of the web site design requirements and budget requirements. I have selected a designer for all my projects with an increase in budget, however due to my inexperience with Design Crowd I opened a project with 3 separate projects and have to wait until the deadline has ended to correct my mistake. I have tried to make all the projects private until the designer I have selected submits his designs to the web site project then I will close this project and launch projects with him one on one. I'm truly sorry for your inconvenience and that of other designers.

I was interested in this project but on reading the comments to glean more information I am left slightly confused. Do you have a designer already completing work on this project or are you still accepting entries?

I appreciate your question. Yes I have selected a designer to complete most of my urgent project needs, however I will still need other designers to work on continuous project since we are a start - up company. Also, any designer that contacts me or participates in these contests will be on my list for future projects from my clients since I'm a consulting company with full service to my clients. I never forget my contacts and always build relationships with all who collaborate with me and contact me. We will do business and projects i the near future and you have my word on that.
