I like your design very much. It has the right color scheme and the font is nice. It communicates a lot of what this brand will represent. However it lacks the ability to communicate hand made artistry in a way i would like, adding a symbol like a hand crank meat grinder, sausage stuffer, or cleavers i think would go a long way in saying this product is hand made etc....

It would have to be done in the right way. Not too cartoonist or too cute. I would also be afraid of using an animal since a lot of other meat companies out there use animals in their logo and i would not want to be confused with them.

Not what im after so far. Designs need more simplicity to them, needs to communicate handmade, vintage, artistry, quality ingredients better. Needs to be easy for the eye to see without confusing it.
