I paid for the css and html. Sorry, the design crowd cost to me was $840.

That being said, a proof of concept artwork is enough for me to judge the winner. The slice and dice can be done afterwards.

The website does not have to interact with a database. I have (now pretty dated) HTML skills, so I can alter the content as required. Some separation of concerns should be a function of the codebase.
