Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a shield / badge like logo for a non-profit cultural organization.

It is an organization that has Filipino roots, but originated in Long Beach California in 1936.

The home province is Magsingal in the Philipines.

On the logo it should state its name "Magsingal Association of America" its founding year 1936, some kind of meshing of the American and Filipino flags, and cultural icons of Magsingal and Long Beach or Southern California.

I have attached several pictures 4 of which are a bell tower and a Spanish like building, they are from Magsinal, of the logo only use one either or....and 2 pictures of a bridge and palm trees of Long Beach, please include berth 95 Catalina incorporated in the logo if using the bridge picture.

The other California Pics are the LA Skyline, Huntington Beach Pier, the Hollywood sign.
