Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo design for an existing company based on Joinville, Brazil.
We build residential apartment building and sell directly to customers.
We need a complete new concept of logo and later we will use the logo corporate identity to all kind of media.
The name is “Incorporadora Germânia” that means Germanic Incorporator. We have not decided yet witch text goes first, like, we are in doubt between “Incorporadora Germânia” and “Germânia Incorporadora”
Our current logo is in our website. We will rebuild both.

We want a logo that is simple and objective (identifies the company)
We want the idea represented relies on simplicity with strength

Anforderungen

Muss haben

• We open to your creativity but we want something clean, clear, strong, current.
• [important] We want a symbol/icon with the text of the logo. We want that this symbol/icon can stand by himself if we needed, for example, in social media profiles, blog posts, and etc. We want that this part be the identity of the company in the future.
• Colors:
• We don’t have any specific color guides, but:
• Combine gray/black (medium/dark) with one of these:
• - Red / black variations
• - Blue variations
• - Green variations (if fits well with sustentability or so on)

Schön zu haben

• Use the color emotion guide to base on (attached).
• We have attached some files:
• 1 - Client Liked = logos that the client liked (inside his segment)
• 2 - Research = logos based on the client's segment

Sollte nicht haben

• We DO NOT want the logo stereotype the Germanic culture, as “Germânia” in Portuguese is Germanic. Although we want the logo transmits tradition and conservatism!
• We do not want futurism and effects (like Google and most newer todays they do not have shapes)
