Broschüren-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I am in need of a house flyer for a luxury property I am listing this weekend. This house is being listed in our "Luxury Collection". The size of the flyer needs to be 11x17 full bleed, both sides, so that it can be folded booklet style to a 8.5x11 size.

The flyer's style should be that of a timeless elegance. I'm open to accomplishing that through either regal background tones and script fonts, or by bringing the timelessness through the photos with a modern contemporary flare through it's design.

The house itself that we are marketing is a 1928 English Tudor. The surrounding area is near water, so this is a boating community, and most certainly a wealthy area.

I will be uploading pictures of the home, copy excerpts about the home to be placed throughout the brochure by photos, our company logo, my headshot, and a copy of my business card so you can get a feel for our current marketing style and designs to blend with this project.
