Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We are three young dentists (30) to open a dental clinic next January. The name of our clinic will "TREES" (Clínica Dental TREES), because we want to give an image of nature, organic and family (plus us 3).
The "tree" has roots like a tooth, and is commonly used to represent the genealogy (=Family).
We want the logo contains a neutral color in pastel , to use it in different colors according to specialties (pediatric dentistry, orthodontics, oral surgery and cosmetic dentistry)
The Clinic will be in Spain (Europe).
The clinic is geared to the entire family from children to the elderly , including patients with special needs (such as Down Syndrome , ...)
The clinic will provide sedation for anesthetists to treatments that need.
We have no idea of design, but at home we have made some designs; are attached.
