Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo design for a new company based in London called "taabconsultancy". We represent company that want to sell their business to pension funds or want to get participation of pension funds in their capital. We would like to see design that includes red and black. The design should communicate seriousness, sophistication, simplicity and elegance. It should have pure lines.
