Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo design for a real estate company in southern California. We Buy houses in any condition and can close quickly. We also provide consulting services and do real estate development. We are looking for a new logo to use with our 2 DBA's. "Summit Properties" and "Summit House Buyers" The logo design will be the same, just using the 2 names interchangeable. I like Blue, Silver, Dark gray, green. I like gradient colors for effect. I would like to see a summit, mountain,peak in the background of the logo. maybe with color or muted. Am open to designs. Want a professional image, modern and not too conservative I will attach old logo.

Muss haben

• Professional, clean, modern look. Not too conservative. Would like an image of a peak, mountain or summit in the background. Maybe with color or more muted so company name stands out. Colors: Blue, Silver,Gray, green. Also like gradient colors that fade from dark to light.

Schön zu haben

• Possibly incorporate a house or roof into the background image of the Summit,peak, mountain. I would like to see what this looked like.

Sollte nicht haben

• no tag line, don't want it to look cartoonish where the image takes away from the name.
