Bonita is a forgotten jewel in Amman - Jordan. It was initiated in 1991 and used to be THE place in Amman. Now people forget about Bonita.
In the effort to intensify our marketing efforts, We need to upgrade our Bonita brand, logo and menus. These will be used for online marketing, using social media and other channels. Furthermore, we need a menu design that reflects what Bonita is all about:

Our story began in 1951, with the design and construction of the building that would later house Bonita. One of two identical structures built by the same architect, the house and its twin (located in Jabal Weibdeh) manifested a ‘dual existence’, both seeming to occupy the two very different parts of Amman. The building was used as a family residence for 40 years and the signs of a comfortable and quiet life are still visible today.
Fast-forward to 1991, when our family rented the building and established Bonita. From the get-go, it was clear that the establishment had absorbed the down-home qualities of family life, to which its new owners now added a Spanish zest and an infusion of modern culture. Bonita, like its predecessor, seems to exist in two different ‘Ammans’ at the same time: the traditional, old-world comfort of the past century, and the modern sophistication of the current era.

Bonita Consists of 3 main outlets:

1 - Bonita Restaurant – fine dining in casual comfort:
A family dining room of a warm and comfortable Spanish casa. Cozy and intimate, with a homey fireplace and charming wait staff. Food is top-notch Spanish and Mediterranean cuisine with casual, friendly and charming atmosphere.
It has elegant décor also encloses a fundamental, yet fitting, contrast. Arrayed above the charming decorative flatware and Spanish designs are rich dark ceiling beams made of wood taken from the Ottoman Hejaz Railway. Spanning Syria, Jordan, and Saudi Arabia in the early 1900s, the historic beams literally frame Bonita in Jordan’s past.
Spanish ‘body’ with Jordanian ‘bones’; fine dining with personable casualness;…Bonita Restaurant is a truly unique study in contrasts. Like its delicious paella, Bonita’s varied ingredients must be savored together, not described piecemeal.

2- Tapas Bar – eclectic style
Bonita’s Tapas Bar is the perfect spot to relax, share drinks and tapas (Spanish-themed appetizers), and sample the diversity of Amman’s modern social scene. Formerly a residential garden, the Tapas Bar is now a gathering spot favored by a wide variety of clientele, ranging from local artists and musicians to young urban socialites to Ammani expats, and everything in between. In Spanish culinary history, the tapas tradition was designed to encourage conversation and mingling of ideas while delighting the palate; Bonita’s Tapas Bar channels that tradition, attracting a diverse crowd while adding a touch of creative (and savory!) style to Amman’s typical bar scene. Every night is different at the Tapas Bar – stop by and see what’s in store!

3 - Bonita Inn – traditional hospitality with contemporary comfort
Consisting of six rooms, Bonita Inn offers the perfect balance of modernity and hospitality. Each room is fully equipped with an LCD TV, climate control (heat and air conditioning), wireless internet, and walk-in bathroom; yet the inn sacrifices none of the charm or warmth of a wayside b&b. The homey and intimate atmosphere – a legacy inherited from Bonita’s previous incarnation as a family residence – is enhanced by the friendly and personable wait staff, with whom patrons are just as likely to interact and take meals as with other diners.
