Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung
THE ATTACHED EXAMPLES.JPG FILE SHOWS 3 LOGOS THAT WE DON'T LIKE. I'VE ALSO ATTACHED 3 FILES THAT SHOW SOMETHING SIMILAR TO WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR BUT DO NOT WANT TO COPY.
Current website is http://www.resourceanesthesia.com but is being redesigned and the first step in that process is this new logo. We do like the light blue color of the font in the attached example.jpg. We don't want to use needles in logo or anything.
Our company is big on using new technology such as electronic medical records and ipads. Our company doesn't just provide the the anesthesiologist but also a business system.
Words that come to mind when we think of our company and logo are:

A majority of our customers are hospitals or other medical facilities and not the end consumer being put to sleep.

We have talked with our client and based on more discussion, they decided they want a logo that is some how based on the Diethyl Ether chemical compound that was once used a general anesthetic. See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Diethyl_ether for more information. They also like the blue/green combination.

Got a short email from the client and below is what they said. I will talk to them today and get more specific information to help you.
"The colors on the logos are probably headed the right direction, however multi color would be good also. However, maybe try to get some ideas from the attached wikipedia page. It is for Ether. Maybe the chemical models can provide some inspiration."

Look at the use of the circles on the image of this mug. Maybe simplifying the drawing down to a simple curved or straight set of small circles?
The version you sent this morning is similar to the image on this mug. I think this morning’s image is going the right direction but could be changed in some way that would be better. I just don’t know exactly how."
