Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Sun Corps is a new organization focused on bringing solar power to countries at risk of climate change, schools, Nobel Laureates, and important nonprofits that need clean power to fulfill their work (think remote field stations in Madagascar, Amazon, Congo, etc.). My logo/brand vision was a statement of the sun rising on the back of fossil fuels. I wanted something iconic, playful, yet purposeful. Something that will look good in BW and be easy to produce both online and on swag (tshirts for volunteers). To that end - I'd like blue, green, possibly orange - I like the idea of the dinosaur (trex?) being green, but I'm not sure what other colors you'd recommend, and am quite open to what you think looks good and fits with the brand I'm trying to create. I took some clipart I found, and put the attached design together as a representation of what I had in mind.
