the robot need to be an original model made specifically for this project. the time can be extended. the rendering will be in mental ray, I will do the rendering myself. all i want is the 3ds max file and the texture

OK thanks for clarifying. £500 is very low for this project, please consider at least doubling this for people to spend several weeks on it.

I believe £500 is fair enough considering the project is not even up to a minute animation. And rendering it is not involve.

Animation is the easiest part of this; it's the modeling and rigging that takes time. Is this for a school project or are you outsourcing the hard part?
