QUICK CONTRACT REVIEW – Agent Exchange, Auction or in a hurry? no worries! Alana is available to examine contracts at short notice and provide clients with a brief overview to alleviate any concerns they may have prior to exchange, auction or incurring pest and building report expenses. The cost of a quick contract review is from $220 (inclusive of GST) and this amount will be deducted from the total fee as per the above.
