I wanted to ask, do you need only twitter background or also the facebook design? because if both, you should rais the budget a little bit..

Only a Twitter design. If whomever I pick for the Twitter designs wants to, I will just hire them through the site to do a Facebook design also - but I expect to pay extra for that after this contest.
