Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We are looking for a simple yet elegant logo for our new business.

About the business:
We control the flow of talent into your business. Unlike a recruiting firm, we work with thousands of Government, Veteran and University agencies to find candidates based on specific needs.

Our focus is high-volume, high-turnover industries such as truck drivers, oil-rig workers, construction workers. We can access a wide variety of talent and then narrow it down very quickly to obtain the skills and/or certifications.

One metaphor is that we can build a talent lake for truck drivers, a talent lake for oil-rig workers, and then build a river of this talent to our clients.

As a small company, I'd like to make this a simple logo - with our name and just perhaps a river running through it.

I would like a perception of speed and volume - a might river?
