Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a logo for a new business called S.T.A.R International Consulting. S.T.A.R stands for Strong Teams Achieve Results. The business focuses on helping individuals, teams and managers to understand their strengths (natural talents) and how to leverage these to drive business forward.

The Business uses the gallup 'Strength's based approach, the business is all about building on strengths. i.e. what companies are already good at

I tend to use dark blue and orange in my PowerPoint presentations so I like these colours, but also open to other ideas.

The final design should communicate professional, quality and strengths.
