what do you mean by a base line ?

May be "base line" is not appropriate. I refer to few words around the name of the logo.

For example, for NIKE, this is "Just do it".

But this is just an option, i suppose it is workable just with the name of the Restaurant "CHEZ MOI"

It will be a "small" restaurant, means 60 seats. We will create a Hype and cosy atmosphere. We are open to any kink of Logo, means, just a nice alphabet, or in a circle, Diamond, rectangle,...
