Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo designed for a cloud based procurement software as a service company called Nimbus Tools.

Our initial design idea is to have a cloud that, instead of having a fluffy outline, has gears that make up the whole of the cloud. The gears would have different colors each (We offer different modules so we want this concept represented. I believe we will have 5 modules but the gear count is irrelevant as to not force design). Think bootstrap for colors.

This design is nice but we definitely are open minded and just so you have a good sense of direction if you go away from the cloud design or want to incorporate something else:
