Share, the contest is for the theme. All themes are possible. Best one will be chosen.

Not a graphic design. The contest is for the event theme with supporting activities and ways to make the theme work.

Is it possible to submit your logo as an attachement so we can use it as inspiration for the new "themed" logo? Or does it have to be an entire new logo?

Another question. Do you have a map of the space you are going to use for this event?

Will need a theme for the event that ties in with our business. A logo would be nice but not required. More about the theme of the event and how the theme would be used to come up with activities and things to do at the event.

With all due respect, we are graphic designers...yet you say you do not want any graphic design. May I suggest you try a party planner first....then set up a contest for a specific series of designs once you have your theme. You may have better luck that way.
