Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung
We are a medical transcription company that has been in business since 1987. We currently use a Medical sign on our website and business cards (lame). We need to get across to our customer that we do interfacing with electronic medical record (this allows a physician to dictate, we transcribe and then it goes back into the medical record).
I would also like to open up our service to more than just medical transcription and transcribe, police reports, legal, books, videos, and other audio.

Project Deadline Extended
Reason: I had not found the exact design I liked prior to a meeting out of town. I am extending my deadline because I am not in as much of a hurry.

Designers - in the medical community my company needs to be viewed as a complete documentation solution.... Not just transcription, which may be hard because the name of our company says transcription.
