Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Need a logo design. Our group name is "Exeter Proud." Our tag line is "Vision. Strategy. Sustainability."

We are a group of residents and small business owners who have formed a committee to research, plan and implement ideas to revitalize our downtown Main Street district.

We are trying to establish an easily-recognizable identity for our residents, small business owners, private stakeholders who may have an interest in investing in our plans.

Our small community Exeter Boro has traditionally used the colors maroon and gold for many of our organizations. I'd like to see these two colors used in some logo examples but I'm not averse to seeing other colors used because, in fact, we are trying to bring progressive and contemporary ideas to our town.

As far as imagery, we have used a tree with full foliage as a temporary logo relating to our tag line's sustainability.

We are an old community located in northeastern Penna. in a former coal mining region.

Also, a famous Revolutionary War (the Battle of Wyoming Valley) was fought on the land that eventually became our town.
