Grafik-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a logo for a start up consultancy. While I am registered as a business under my name, Shelley Murphy, my domain name is www.culturalintent.com.au (under construction at the moment). I will be offering team, management and executive level coaching and development services. With a focus on creating a positive work culture, I will be using accreditations in personality profiling (e.g. MBTI, Team Management Systems), DISC, emotional intelligence, workplace motivators, performance appraisal, project management, cultural climate surveys and change management. I have a background in industrial relations, HR and the public sector. I believe most people want to feel that they are contributing to something worthwhile, are valued for doing it, are learning and growing, that they should feel safe and well managed and they should be having fun while working. I recently left my job to look for a better work environment or make it, telling my colleagues I was off to look for the "sparkly bits of life". Key for me: competence, collaboration and positivity. I would like something elegant (but not stiff with formality) that in someway reflects the above. As far as colours go, apart from orange and yellow, I am fairly open. At the moment I have grounded my webpage and my interim business cards in black and white, so am looking for a splash of colour.
