Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We are Iraqi based company we are looking to create a logo for compound/ resort which is located in the desert and consist of villas. We have just acquired a compound in Basra, that consists of 32 villas (2,3 & 4 bedroomed), offices, restaurant, swimming pool. gym etc, at the moment we are refurbishing the compound with a view to rent out to Oil & Gas companies and National companies that work in Basra, Iraq. As we have just started this project, we only have blueprints of the villa/building layouts, and photos of the villas/ compound as it is now, bearing in mind the compound has not been used since 1986, so it is a bit of a mess to say the least.

We have been given the opportunity to have a booth at the Iraq Oil and Gas Conference/ Exhibition starting on the 3 December (hence our very quick turnaround. Ideally, we are trying to find a company who can make a 3D or computer enhancement movie or trailer of what the village can look like once we have completed the the refurbishment, (we can supply photos and blueprints of the layouts. The photos of the villas can be touched with photshop, adding landscaping etc. While the blueprints can be used to show how the villas can be furnished. Hence we require a logo for our village.

Colors - as this is out in the desert, maybe a sandy browns, with palm trees, or like the image below which was from a website, or may be the initials entwined in a circle and Desert Inn Village next to them. We would like something classic and tasteful as we are looking at the Oil companies etc.
