What is the title you want on the cover also do you want the author name? What size do you need it to be?

Hello,
Thank you for the invitation. In order to start on working on your project, can you please guarantee the payment?
Also can you please provide more information like the size, title, name of the author, etc.
I think you gave a very good feeling of the atmosphere that the cover should transmit.
Thank you,
Regards,
D. Schenk

I would like the title to be
"The German Word for Loaded"

And here are the specs for the image:

Dimensions

Requirements for the size of your cover art have an ideal height/width ration of 1.6, this means:

• A minimum of 625 pixels on the shortest side and 1000 pixels on the longest side
• For best quality, your image would be 1563 pixels on the shortest side and 2500 pixels on the longest side

Color

Product images display on the Amazon website using RGB (red, green, blue) color mode. RGB is the color mode native to the web and many color screen displays, as these three colors displayed at varying levels of intensity create over 16 million colors.

Use color images whenever possible and relevant. The Kindle reading device has a black and white screen today but Kindle applications for other devices, such as iPhone or PC, take advantage of color fonts and images.

Also Author name is Francis Sparks. I would like to have the source files if I choose you so I can tweak the title or Author.
Thanks

Hey there,

Could you guarantee payment for the book cover? If so, I'd feel a lot more comfortable submitting a design!

Could you possibly post an excerpt somewhere and link to it here? It would be nice to get a feel for the tone of the novel! Or if you'd rather email, then just send me something at coderaddesign@gmail.com!

Cheers and good luck!

Hi there,
please send me some excerpt about the novel.
It is not the same if i make an illustration and design about a serial killer Nazi war criminal who targets prostitutes, or about some hunt for hidden Nazi gold in the Midwest of America.
What is the time period of the novel?
What is the plot of the story?
Describe your novel in few words.
Please, i don't want to make a cover that is not connected with your novel.
So please, give us something to work on.

Thanks in advance!

Its a murder mystery set in the US Midwest. A private detective and his client confront a cheating husband. The husband is found dead the next morning. The wife is arrested. PI tries to clear her name. Uncovers human trafficking and drug smuggling is linked to the death of the husband.

Hello, I did some sketches last night for this and I think I've got a pretty solid idea to work with.

I don't want to give to much away on here, but want to double check a couple things.

The setting on my cover is in a town/city. Obviously this wouldn't work if it is set in a completely remote part of the midwest, so wanted to double check that at least some of the action unfolds in a town/city.

There is a car approaching a prostitute as part of my design. Do you identify the make of either the husband or the pi's car? The car bit should be abstract enough that it could be any car, but if the husband drives a corvette and the pi drives a motorcycle then a 'regular' car would be out of place.

And one last question, this is set in contemporary time period correct? Not 1930s or 1950s or anything specific?

Thank you!

Yes about 75% of the story happens in the city. It is contemporary. The girls are actually never on the street. The PI uses a minivan and the husband has an SUV.
