Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I'm about to launch a small boutique-style communications agency. Our promise is that we are always personalizing our efforts, basically an external in-house communication expert, helping an organization become better in their communication and marketing communication.
The name of the agency is "my__ agency", the line indicating that we are personalizing our efforts so deeply, that our customers can fill in the blank themselves, for example: my favorite agency ; my corporate reputation agency ; my change management agency ; my I-need-to-communicate-to-an-international-audience agency, etc.
My goal is to have a logo that can be easily adapted (even by myself) to answer quickly to my customers' needs.
My ___ agency is all about being straight-forward, honest, approachable, friendly. So the color scheme should be reflecting that, the font as well, obviously.

As a follow up project, we will be looking for more corporate design work, potentially.
